At Lewis Morris Air Conditioning, our business philosophy is to treat our customers the way we would treat our family. Air conditioning has been a family affair since we moved from Kentucky to Lee County, FL in 1981. President/Dad Lewis Morris started the business along with his wife, Joan, and from the tender age of 10, daughter Kim started joining him on service calls to help out. Throughout the years, Kim would help out in the business by doing everything from answering the phones and filing to getting a Florida state HVAC license. The same is true for her older brother Tim, who has filled many roles at the company and is currently the lead air conditioner installer and maintenance tech. Together the brother and sister team are passionate about honoring their father’s original vision for the company, by taking care of customers and the Southwest Florida community. In fact, as a family, we are committed to the communities we live in. All three family members have been awarded for community service by being appointed to the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, an honor only bestowed by a Kentucky Governor to those citizens who have consistently placed others above themselves. This is a key part of the family and business philosophy.

To that end, with our highly skilled and trained professionals, we provide full service Air Conditioning installation and maintenance for commercial and residential customers. We use only the highest quality equipment, and we are licensed and fully insured, to maintain the safety of workers and work (certificates are always available).
