Hi, I’m Kim Morris, and along with my brother Tim, we run the air conditioning business our dad Lewis started back in 1981. We’ve been helping Southwest Florida families stay cool for over 40 years, and we’ve learned one thing: most people just want honest service at a fair price. That’s exactly what we deliver.
When our family moved from Kentucky to Southwest Florida in 1981, Lewis and Joan Morris saw an opportunity to start fresh and build something meaningful for our community. What began as Lewis Morris Air Conditioning has grown into a true family operation where three generations have worked side by side.
From the time I was 10 years old, I was riding around in the truck with dad, learning the business from the ground up. Tim joined us in November 2001, bringing his background as a skilled cabinet maker and his dedication to quality craftsmanship.
After years of working other jobs—including five years as a teacher while doing the books at night—I came back full-time when dad needed me most. I earned my HVAC license in 2015, and now Tim and I carry forward the same values and standards that dad established from day one.
